What to expect -

Cacao & Blue Lotus ceremony

Cacao is an ancient heart medicine that allows us to ground into our bodies and drop into our heart space. Egyptian blue lotus, known as a third eye tonic for deeply meditative states, connects us to our intuition and imagination. In their indigenous traditions, both plant allies are deeply woven into the concept of rebirth and regeneration. The ceremony is an activation of the heart, body & mind to enhance receptivity and connection, harnessing the potent qualities of these ancient plant medicines to set our intentions for the evening together in sacred space.

Elemental Meditation

When we work with the elements, we understand what it means to be whole. If we are in search of groundedness, we call upon earth. When we know it is time to be more open, self-trusting or persevering, we can call upon water. When we seek clarity, air comes to support us, and when we need to connect with our passion, our power to transform, we call upon fire. We will work with the elements as a framework for restoring harmony, cultivating creativity, and connecting to the natural world.

Medicine making & connection - make a simple infusion & smoke medicine (smudge stick)

Harnessing the invoked wisdom of the elements, we will co-create our own tea infusion & smudge stick. We will be learning and working with the plant allies of pine, rosemary, lavender, manuka, cinnamon and rose. Smudge sticks are small bundles of dried herbs, tightly bound together by a thin string or twine. The practice of smudging, or burning smudge sticks, has a rich cultural and historical background. It is deeply rooted in Native American traditions, where it was used for spiritual cleansing and blessing. The smoke from the burning herbs is believed to cleanse negative energy and restore balance to individuals, spaces, and objects.

Warming Ayurvedic dinner

There will be an warm, plant based, Ayurvedic meal & herbal teas to share to conclude the evening.

Allow your spirit to recover, restore, confront what holds you back, expand and evolve into a powerful bouquet of elemental magic.
