Join Tamsin, student naturopath, medical herbalist, and ambassador of Seleno Health cacao; for an immersive cacao experience nestled in the golden oasis of the Waitakere ranges.

This event will include an introduction to the maca and cacao we will be journeying with, to create a deeper connection to these plant medicines. Followed by cacao ceremony, elemental ecstatic dance, guided meditation, and journalling to finish.

Cacao is an ancient healer and teacher. Her energy and physical compounds guide and support us in our healing - allowing us to get out of our minds and into our hearts. A spiritual aid and superfood packed with antioxidants, vitamins, nutrients and minerals used for over 5000 years in ceremony; cacao is a gentle guide through transformational consciousness shifts and reminds us to move through this life with an open heart.

The cacao will unlock our natural bliss and carry us on a sacred journey to enliven our elemental wisdom. We will journey within to restore harmony and a balance of power, cultivating a field of luminosity to support personal transformation and world renewal.

Seleno Health maca and cacao will be available to purchase at the event. Please bring a journal, comfortable clothes, and a pillow to sit on. The address will be announced the day prior to the event.
